was told im a junior data reporter in my annual review & that’s why there’s a pay difference, which, fine, whatever. then don’t have me solo/lead on long-term investigative projects! I agree that I have less experience & have a lot left to learn, but then does it make sense to under-resource me, especially compared to other data reporters? Idk
