I managed to qualify for a city affordable housing program, and I'm moving into a condo in Hayes Valley this month! It was an arduous and exhausting process but I'm super excited to have finished it and have a place to live that I can afford in an area where the median home price is $1 million

I've lived in the Outer Sunset for 12 years, so I would love recommendations for the eastern side of the city and Hayes Valley in particular 🙂
