Teen two rows ahead of me: “why would this many people want to go from San Francisco to Chicago at this exact time? It’s like…. we live in a simulation”

Reasons we can think of for why people have so much luggage:
- smuggling
- refuses to wear the same pair of shoes multiple times
- suitcase packed nesting doll style with incrementally smaller suitcases
- brought a choice of books (this was almost me)
- bringing their own snow
