When employee experience is negative, employees’ incentives no longer align with the company’s. It’s a very simple concept.

But companies will blow money on the most offensive BS instead of paying people fairly. They will demonstrably fire hundreds of thousands of good people just so they can treat those who remain in contemptible ways.
