@ingrid my new phrase: “concentrate and contemplate to preserve one’s dignity” … repeated by a rather manic Polish coach driver at every stop between Heathrow and Norwich, telling passengers how not to leave anything behind, lest they come crawling back to retrieve something they did leave on board.
