@ingrid I don't have much meaningful to say! I am more about local impressions -- my dad worked for HP up in Wilmington area and then for a bank. In the 90s all the local Newark area public schools were getting failing grades and this caused a lot of angst.
I blame DuPont for my mother's cancer on absolutely 0 concrete evidence but I'm willing to submit bad vibes (though it also might've been chemical dumping by Aberdeen proving ground?).
