I was going to mention that digital media, like ebooks and streaming services cost the library a lot. A LOT. Whereas physical media is a fixed price item, which can be reused many times, the library is charged for every instance of an e-delivered item.
Just saying, it's probably best to ask your librarian how their funding status is, and how much using digital media is costing them. And if other programs are being cut to fund the digital ones.
Libraries are under fire from conservatives, and funding is being cut left and right. Their resources should be used judiciously.
