If I have no plans tomorrow in Vancouver and it's maybe going to rain what should I go do

All the suggestions were good but hear me out: instead of that, I go to a botanical garden in the neighborhood William Gibson supposedly lives in on the off chance of a sighting

@ingrid ride ferries all day is what i would do but i'm pretty boring

@vruba agh I was out by UBC today and debated going, guess it's back to the 99 bus tomorrow for me

@ingrid @vruba Man the 99 bus brings me back. I spent so much time on it in my times in Vancouver.

@aredridel @vruba honestly pretty impressed with Vancouver public transit so far

@ingrid @vruba I second this recommendation. The other Big Cultural Institution that's always worth a look is https://www.vanartgallery.bc.ca/ (all new exhibitions since I was last there so I can't recommend specific ones)

Smaller ones that I've been very glad to spend an hour or two in:
https://www.billreidgallery.ca/
https://museumofvancouver.ca/

@ingrid and if you happen to be there for longer, these two are great but closed on Tuesdays:

https://www.chinesecanadianmuseum.ca/ (Paper Trail left me angry in predictable ways)
https://thepolygon.ca/ - sort of more of a community gallery than the big downtown one. Also the Seabus ride to it from downtown Vancouver is delightful.

@ingrid Art Gallery, incl. lunch there, on patio under umbrellas

@ingrid I did this for Patrick Stewart to no avail which is a crime

@wilbr @ingrid I *live* in the neighborhood Patrick Steward supposedly lives in, to no avail
