My current staple is La Colombe Bleu, made in a stainless-steel French Press, water at 200 degrees, poured into a Le Creuset ceramic mug, then add a generous amount of half-and-half. What’s your setup like?

@tcarmody i order whole beans from a small batch roaster in my hometown, grind fresh, and brew in what is basically an automatic pourover machine. top with minor figures oat milk. i'm insufferable 😂
